Elaine had previously been working with adults with Intellectual disabilities for the last six years. She worked as part of a team within Cope Foundation for 5 years and then went to the Brothers of Charity where she worked with Adults with Challenging Behaviour. Although Elaine really enjoyed her role within these organisations, she felt it was time to change career and move it in a different direction, while also staying within an area where she could still help people.

Elaine is currently doing a Medical Secretary Diploma which is then why she made the decision to move to Kaizen Physiotherapy Health Centre. Elaine feels that this is the area she would like to work in and as Kaizen Physiotherapy Health Centre expands and grows, she would like to expand her opportunities within the Health care setting.

Elaine is looking forward to working with the different medical healthcare team within Kaizen Physiotherapy Health Centre and to be able to further her career within this amazing new and growing Health Centre.
